Gonzalez, H. (2016) University of Arizona Hispanic Alumni Graduate Student Award -This award is granted annually to one graduate/professional student who has demonstrated academic excellence, leadership, and dedication to community service, with an interest and commitment to the Hispanic community.
Shramko, M. (2016) Tinker Field Research Grant - The Tinker Foundation supports travel expenses for master’s and pre-dissertation fieldwork in Spanish/Portuguese-speaking Latin American or Caribbean countries during Summer 2016 (May through August). Maura will be in Nicaragua this summer conducting her study titled "Resilience in Context: A Qualitative Study of Youth Aspirations and Opportunities in Urban Managua."
